This blog collects perspectives on the election you won't find anywhere else, by political experts, based in the School of Politics and International Relations at The University of Nottingham.
At the forefront of teaching and research, Nottingham has one of the largest schools of Politics and International Relations in the UK.
In the recent Research Assessment Exercise we were rated in the top ten in the UK for research power, and in the last external assessment of teaching we were awarded the maximum 24 out of 24.
Nottingham’s School of Politics and International Relations is one of the best in the country.
We are equally proud of our excellent teaching reputation, as we are of our superb research output . We offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, as well as top quality PhD supervision.
We’re a diverse, research-led, School, which integrates research and teaching at every level. We organise our research around six Centres and Institutes, covering almost all aspects of contemporary politics, and publishing regularly in the very best journals and with the top publishers.
